Having a hard time finding all your favorite and lesser known Filipino recipes? Is your Filipino cookbook a bit lacking? From traditional home Filipino food, to party favorites, to savoring side dishes, to delicious desserts and refreshments, the Pandisal Filipino Recipe Index is the perfect source.


Below is an index of all recipes I have. The highlighted ones are already posted online. The unhighlighted ones are not yet posted. I am the only person updating this whole web site, and there is a lot to maintain and it takes up a lot of time. I'm adding the rest of the recipes in random order little by little, day by day. But if you are in a rush to get a recipe that is currently unhighlighted, please e-mail me which one it is and I'll try to get it posted a.s.a.p. (and I'll make it an urgent priority if you donate a buck or two, haha). Or, if you are desperately looking for a recipe and you can't find it on the list or anywhere else on the internet, tell me the name of the dish by e-mail and I'll do my best to get back to you after I find someone who knows how to cook the dish.
